IQVIA NLAI will be conducting scheduled maintenance of the I2E OnDemand platform on 20-Apr-2026.
Between 20:00 UTC and 23:59 UTC on Monday, I2E OnDemand, Insights Hub & Label Intelligence Hub search functionality may be periodically unavailable and access to Content Store indexes, such as MEDLINE, will be interrupted. I2E OnDemand Plus customers who have indexing and/or querying tasks scheduled for that time should make arrangements to ensure that the downtime does not impact those processes.
After the maintenance has completed, I2E OnDemand servers will be upgraded to I2E 6.14R23 (currently they run I2E 6.14R18).
