This maintenance is now complete and our I2E OnDemand platform and IQVIA NLP-provided indexes are now available.

We will be conducting scheduled maintenance of the I2E OnDemand platform during the evenings of 07-Jun-2023 and 08-Jun-2023.

Between 20:00 UTC on 07-Jun-2023 / 08-Jun-2023 and 01:00 UTC on 08-Jun-2023 / 09-Jun-2023, I2E OnDemand and NLP Insights Hub search functionality may be periodically unavailable and access to IQVIA NLP-provided indexes, such as MEDLINE, will be interrupted.

I2E OnDemand+ customers who have Indexing and/or Querying tasks scheduled for those evenings should make arrangements to ensure that the downtime does not impact those processes.

After the maintenance has been completed, I2E OnDemand servers will have been upgraded to I2E 6.9 (currently they run I2E 6.8).
