The download mechanism that we use for sourcing new UK Drug Labels has been impacted by upstream API changes by the source data provider.
Our Content Store Indexing team is working with the source data provider to confirm the nature of the API changes.

The impact of this on the UK Drug Labels index is that it only includes source documents up to and including those published on 23-May-2024.
We will provide further updates by 10-Jul-2024 22:00 UTC and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

OnDemand maintenance was completed successfully. I2E OnDemand servers have been upgraded to I2E 6.11R10. Please reach out to us at nlpsupport@iqvia.com if you encounter any issues or have questions after the upgrade.

Linguamatics will be conducting scheduled maintenance of the I2E OnDemand platform during the evenings of May 14th, 16th, and 18th.

Between 20:00 UTC and 01:00 UTC on the evenings of Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I2E OnDemand search functionality may be periodically unavailable and access to Linguamatics-provided indexes, such as MEDLINE, will be interrupted.

After the maintenance has been completed, I2E OnDemand servers will have been upgraded to the latest patch release of I2E 6.11.
