We will be performing a scheduled maintenance on our NLP API Marketplace on 8-Sep-2022 between 03:30 UTC and 06:30 UTC.
During this time, customers will be unable to access our API Marketplace applications. The service is expected to be restored by 08-Sep-2022 06:30 UTC.

MEDLINE ChemAxon Ontology Unavailable for MEDLINE Full

The issue is now resolved and the ChemAxon (Name to Structure) is available for MEDLINE Full Index.

The ChemAxon (Name to Structure) ontology is currently unavailable for the MEDLINE Full index. We are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it urgently. As a temporary workaround, customers can instead use the MEDLINE annual indexes or multi-year indexes (i.e. Last 10 Years) for any Chemistry queries.

I2E OnDemand Interruption to OnDemand I2E Access

We've resolved the issue and all OnDemand customers can now access I2E.

All OnDemand customers are seeing a 403 forbidden message when they try to access I2E. We are aware of the issue and are working on it urgently.
