The issue is now resolved and the ChemAxon (Name to Structure) is available for MEDLINE Full Index.

The ChemAxon (Name to Structure) ontology is currently unavailable for the MEDLINE Full index. We are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it urgently.
As a temporary workaround, customers can instead use the MEDLINE annual indexes or multi-year indexes (i.e. Last 10 Years) for any Chemistry queries.
