Linguamatics will be conducting scheduled maintenance of the I2E OnDemand platform during the evenings of April 9-11th.

Between 20:00 UTC and 01:00 UTC on the evenings of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I2E OnDemand search functionality may be periodically unavailable and access to Linguamatics-provided indexes, such as MEDLINE, will be interrupted. I2E OnDemand Plus customers who have Indexing and/or Querying tasks scheduled for that morning should make arrangements to ensure that the downtime does not impact those processes.

After the maintenance has been completed, I2E OnDemand servers will have been upgraded to I2E 6.11R5 (currently they run I2E 6.10R4).

Our Content Store Indexing team have updated the download logic for UK Drug Labels to avoid duplication of documents in the index. Prior to this change, new versions would accumulate in the index.

Our OnDemand operations team have recently re-downloaded all the UK Drug Label sources and built the index with the changes. Customers may observe a significant drop in document counts because many documents were previously duplicated.
