Maintenance Notice for I2E OnDemand, scheduled 1 year ago

The upgrade has been completed and all systems have expected performance.

Linguamatics will be conducting scheduled maintenance of the I2E OnDemand platform between July 30th and August 1st. Between 20:00 UTC and 01:00 UTC on the evenings of July 30th through August 1st, I2E OnDemand search functionality may be periodically unavailable and access to Linguamatics-provided indexes, such as MEDLINE, will be interrupted.

After the maintenance has been completed, I2E OnDemand servers will have been upgraded to I2E 6.12R4 (currently they run I2E 6.11R10).

OnDemand maintenance was completed successfully. HART OnDemand servers have been upgraded to HART 3.0.0. Please reach out to us at nlpsupport@iqvia.com if you encounter any issues or have questions after the upgrade.

We have scheduled maintenance for the evenings of 17-Jul-2024 and 18-Jul-2024. OnDemand customers will be unable to use the HART (Human Assisted Review Tool) during this scheduled maintenance.

Expected service will be restored by 19-Jul-2024 08:00 UTC. After this scheduled maintenance, OnDemand HART instances will have been upgraded to HART 3.0.0.
