Upon further inspection, this issue only affects some usage of the v2 Search API via the API console on the IQVIA API Marketplace website. Our engineering teams are nearing resolution of the issue and we will have another update for you by 11-Jan-2023 22:00 UTC.
In the interim, please use the v2 Search API programmatically via Python, one of our Jupyter notebooks, or an HTTP client such as Postman. Additionally, you can use the v1 Search API via the API console on the IQVIA API Marketplace website.

Some customers are receiving 400 error messages from the v2 EU Search API. We are aware of the issue and are working on it urgently. In the meantime, please continue to use the v1 Search API (EU or US) to submit queries against our content store indexes.
