We have resolved the Jira configuration issue here and new users of our support mailbox will now be able to raise tickets in our Jira service desk system.

Customers who use our Support mailbox for the first time may experience some delays in getting responses from the Support team due to an issue with the Support mailbox.
We are currently investigating the issue and our team is working urgently to resolve it. We will update you by 1-Aug-2023 at 22:00 UTC.
