Updated EPAR indexes have been built and are now available on I2E OnDemand. Our CSI team is working on updating the EMA Drug Labels indexes with new metadata - we will have a new update by 12-May-2024 22:00 UTC with more details.

Our CSI team has successfully downloaded the latest source data and are currently building updated indexes. The indexes will be available on I2E OnDemand by 12-Feb-2024 22:00 UTC. We will provide a further update by that time.

We have encountered further issues with the download of new source data from EMA. Our CSI team is working to resolve this and build an EPAR index with the latest data. We will have another update by 28-Feb-2024 22:00 UTC.

Our CSI team have deployed a new source data download mechanism. The updated EPAR index will be built and published early next week. We will provide another update by 31-Jan-2024 22:00 UTC.

The EMA are currently experiencing an issue with their mechanism for updating medicine data. Due to this issue, the source data mechanism our Content Store Indexing team uses for EPAR and EMA Drug Labels can only obtain source data that is up to date as of 5-Dec-2023.
Our Content Store Indexing team is investigating potential workarounds here while we wait for EMA to resolve the issue. We will have further updates for you by 26-Jan-2024 22:00 UTC.

The EMA Drug Labels index was built on 31-Dec-2023 and is up to date as of that date.
Our Content Store Indexing team is continuing to work on updating the download mechanism of new source data for EPAR. We will have further updates by 16-Jan-2024 22:00 UTC.

Our Content Store Indexing team has fixed the download issue and they have started building the latest indexes. The updated EMA Drug Labels index will be made available by Tuesday, 26-Dec-2023 09:00 UTC.

The EMA have made significant changes to their website and this has broken our pipelines for ingesting new EMA Drug Labels and EPAR documents. Our Content Store Indexing team is working on investigating this and we will update you by 21-Dec-2023 22:00 UTC with the latest information.
