The I2E OnDemand upgrade has completed and all servers are now running I2E 6.10R4.

Linguamatics will be conducting scheduled maintenance of the I2E OnDemand platform during the evenings of 13-Dec to 15-Dec. Between 20:00UTC and 01:00UTC on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evening, I2E OnDemand search functionality may be periodically unavailable and access to Linguamatics provided indexes, such as MEDLINE, will be interrupted.
I2E OnDemand+ customers who have Indexing and/or Querying tasks scheduled for those mornings should make arrangements to ensure that the downtime does not impact those processes. After the maintenance has been completed I2E OnDemand servers will have been upgraded to I2E 6.10R4 (currently they run I2E 6.9R15).
