NLP Insights Hub Performance Issues for NLP Insights Hubs

This issue has been fixed after I2E OnDemand was updated to I2E 6.8R21 over the weekend. Insights Hubs have been restored to normal working conditions.

Partial Outage affecting NLP API's

I2E OnDemand Partial Outage for I2E OnDemand

Our OnDemand operations team has applied a fix and programmatic querying of OnDemand indexes has been restored to normal operation.

Major Outage for Fetch APIs

Our OnDemand operations team have implemented a fix and normal operation is now restored for the Fetch APIs.
