Partial Outage for Search API

Our engineers have implemented a workaround here and the issue has been resolved. Please contact our support team if you encounter any issues using our NLP APIs.

Upon further inspection, this issue only affects some usage of the v2 Search API via the API console on the IQVIA API Marketplace website. Our engineering teams are nearing resolution of the issue and we will have another update for you by 11-Jan-2023 22:00 UTC.

In the interim, please use the v2 Search API programmatically via Python, one of our Jupyter notebooks, or an HTTP client such as Postman. Additionally, you can use the v1 Search API via the API console on the IQVIA API Marketplace website.

Some customers are receiving 400 error messages from the v2 EU Search API. We are aware of the issue and are working on it urgently. In the meantime, please continue to use the v1 Search API (EU or US) to submit queries against our content store indexes.

Maintenance Notice for I2E OnDemand, scheduled 2 years ago

Between 20:00 UTC on 09-Dec-2022 and 01:00 UTC on 10-Dec-2022, I2E OnDemand and NLP Insights Hub search functionality may be periodically unavailable and access to IQVIA NLP Content Store indexes, such as MEDLINE, will be interrupted.

I2E OnDemand Plus customers who have Indexing and/or Querying tasks scheduled for the weekend should make arrangements to ensure that the downtime does not impact those processes.
