Patents Performance Issues with Patents Indexes

Our OnDemand operations team have resolved the issue and indexes have been updated with the latest Patents content.

Our OnDemand operations team has implemented a fix in our Patents sourcing process. We are currently rebuilding and republishing our Patents indexes with the latest Patents content. We will provide a final update by 18-Aug-2023 22:00 UTC once the updated indexes have been built.

Our content store indexing team has identified an issue with the Patents source that we use. This issue has prevented us from adding the latest Patents updates from the past week.

Drug Labels (incl. FDA) Drugs@FDA Update Issue

28-May-2024 13:45 UTC Drugs@FDA is again receiving updates. The new downloader is functional and updated indexes have been published to I2E OnDemand.

There is a new index "Drugs_at_FDA_Others" which will contain documents that do not fit into the Label, Letter, or Review categories (or the category cannot be determined). This index may contain some documents that were previously assigned to the "Review" category by default.

The mechanism that we use to download source data from Drugs@FDA has encountered issues with handling upstream changes by the source data provider. Due to this, the Drugs@FDA index has been last updated with labels from May 2023.

Our Content Store Indexing team is working on modifying the download mechanism to address these upstream changes. We will have a further update for you by 31-May-2024 22:00 UTC and apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.

I2E OnDemand Performance Issues with I2E OnDemand

When querying OnDemand content including MEDLINE, Patents, etc. customers may observe intermittent query errors. Our OnDemand operations team is investigating this issue with Urgent priority, and we will have an update for you by 22:00 UTC today (31-Jul-2023).

Support Email Performance Issues with Support Mailbox

We have resolved the Jira configuration issue here and new users of our support mailbox will now be able to raise tickets in our Jira service desk system.

Customers who use our Support mailbox for the first time may experience some delays in getting responses from the Support team due to an issue with the Support mailbox. We are currently investigating the issue and our team is working urgently to resolve it. We will update you by 1-Aug-2023 at 22:00 UTC.
